The HA add-on (a standby server that takes over when the main one fails) is $40/mo · $240/yr · $600/5yr on top of any paid plan. You run Keenrig on your own server and use a free *.keenrig.com subdomain or your own domain on any plan. From Standard, installation support is included on request (contact us); from Pro we also help you buy and point your own domain. Payment runs through Paddle (USD, local tax handled).
Every plan works the same way: a year costs the same as 6 months (save 50%), 5 years the same as 15 months (save 75%). Monthly is the most flexible; longer terms are the cheapest.
Your licence is verified offline and outlives the connection (30 days plus a 14-day grace window, renewed automatically while you subscribe). If you stop paying, running apps keep running — only new installs fall back to the Starter limits.
Starter is 1 server, 3 apps and 3 domains — enough to run a few real services forever, for free. Standard removes the app and domain limits on that same server.
An environment is one Keenrig install paired with the cloud — usually one server (VPS); on Pro and Enterprise one environment can span several servers in a cluster. You pay per environment, not per app.
Keenrig does not sell domains. Use a free *.keenrig.com subdomain, or point a domain you already own at your server — both work on every plan at no extra cost. From Pro, we help you buy a domain from a registrar of your choice and point it at your server; the domain is registered in your name and paid to the registrar.
